Cam joined Gosnells in the 2011/12 season, coming through the club in the u13s side. He developed through the junior ranks and captained the u17 side to a premiership win in the 18/19 season, showing early signs of the leadership that’s become a hallmark of his cricket.

Cam made his 1st grade debut in 2020 and has been a mainstay of the senior side since. His standout form saw him named in the Team of the Year for the 25/26 season, picking up 33 wickets.

Cam’s rise from the u13s to Team of the Year honours is a mark of the leadership and consistency he’s built over more than a decade at the club.

Connor Southam

Connor has been part of Gosnells since the 2016/17 season, joining the club as a 10 year old. He made his highest score in 3rd grade back in 2022, posting a score of 120.

He made his 1st grade debut in 2024 and has continued to impress, taking two 5-wicket hauls in 1st grade during the 2025/26 season and being selected for WA’s 2nd XI in the same year.

With his rapid rise through the ranks, Connor is shaping up as one of the club’s future stars.

Luke joined Gosnells in the 2010/11 season, coming through the club in the u13s side.

He made his 1st grade debut in 2016/17 and has gone on to score 2 first grade centuries, both coming in the 2025/26 season, arguably his best year yet.

Luke’s two centuries in 2025/26 cap off a steady climb from the u13s to one of the club’s most improved batters this season.

Aqeel Wahid

Aqeel joined Gosnells in the 2015/16 season, coming through the club in the u14s side. He made an immediate impact, taking a six-wicket haul in just his sixth game for the club, and has developed into a consistent all-rounder ever since.

Aqeel made his 1st grade debut in 2019 against Melville, scoring an impressive 30 and taking 2 wickets, an early sign of the player he would become at the level. He has since taken T20 hat-tricks in both 2019 and 2023, and gone on to play international cricket for Malaysia.

From a six-wicket haul in just his sixth game to representing Malaysia at international level, Aqeel’s journey stands out as one of the club’s great success stories.

Sav joined Gosnells in 2022 after moving over from South Africa, playing u17s in his first season alongside 2nd grade.

He made his 1st grade debut in the 2023/24 season and has established himself as a very skilful keeper. Sav enjoyed a standout white-ball campaign in 2025/26. Arguably his best year yet, scoring 2 fifties for 1st grade.

Having settled quickly into the club since arriving from South Africa, Sav has made the gloves his own and looks set for a long run behind the stumps.

Amritpal Singh

Amrit joined Gosnells in the 2024/25 season, with his first game for the club coming straight in the 1st grade side.

He has gone on to become a consistent contributor in the middle order, scoring 585 runs across his two seasons with the club so far.

Ronan Degrussa

He made his 1st grade debut in 2020, and picked up his first 5-wicket haul at that level in the 2024/25 season against Subiaco Floreat, before following it up with another 5fa against Scarborough in 2025/26.

Ronan’s five-wicket hauls against Subiaco Floreat and Scarborough capped a long climb from the u13s and shown what he can do at the higher levels.

Clayton joined Gosnells in 2015, coming through the club in the u14s side.

He made his 1st grade debut in 2020, and went on to score his maiden 1st grade century in 2023, finishing unbeaten on 132.

Clayton’s maiden century, an unbeaten 132, remains one of the standout individual innings from a player who’s come through every grade at the club.

He made his 1st grade debut in 2022/23, and enjoyed the best year of his career with the ball in that very debut season, taking 18 wickets. He has gone on to be a consistent bowler for the club ever since.

Taking 18 wickets in his very first 1st grade season, Chris wasted no time proving he belonged at the top level.

Maninderpreet Singh
